We stayed at Just Beachy and had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless when we arrived and everything worked just fine. The staff at Shoreline was friendly, accommodating, easy to work with, and made the check-in and check-out simple. Because of their effective work (and hey, the place we rented was on the beach!), I looked good in the eyes of my family--and that's priceless.

We enjoyed our stay at Bluewater East. Making our reservation/checking in was super easy. We were notified by text that our unit was ready for us earlier in the day than was expected which was great. Linens were provided for the unit we stayed in. The a/c and refrigerator were cold and the water pressure was good, with enough hot water for the six of us. Some of the furnishings/window coverings were a bit outdated, but we appreciated the beachy theme and everything was clean and in working order. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed time on the balcony which had both partial ocean and bayside views due to the unique positioning of the buildings at this complex. The on-site managers were very friendly, always available to answer any questions we had. There was always plenty of parking available and we enjoyed the pool very much. The building location was wonderful with just a few minutes walk to the sand. Check out was very simple and quick. We will use Shoreline again to book our future OCMD vacations.

This is the second year in a row we’ve rented a unit from Shoreline and it’s been nothing short of perfect. The location is so convenient with having a pizza shop and a Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street. The beach is a short distance. The outdoor pool is great to have to escape the heat. It’s well maintained and a great size. The lounge chairs provided are so comfortable. Everything included with the condo is such a great bonus. Everything is absolutely perfect

We recently stayed at the Calypso. Very nice condo. Well appointed and very clean. Front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Cindy handled my reservation and although I was indecisive about where to stay she was very professional and patient with me. Glad we decided on the Calypso. The outdoor balcony is a dream direct oceanfront spot for hanging out with friends and enjoying the fabulous views! We listened to music, danced, enjoyed cocktails and food! The best balcony I’ve every seen. Can’t wait to return in 2024. 🙏🏽

Check out was superior and very efficient. The BWE unit? Not so much...The owner of this unit needs to address some fundamental problems sooner rather than later. 1. The dishwasher had standing water in it - which did not just happen. We reported that immediately and a nice man called my husband the next day. The unit need to be replace. He indicated he was familiar with "that unit." 2. The refrigerator was plugged into the wall over the counter near the sink with an EXTENSION CORD! This appears to have been a problem for quite a while. It seems the electrical outlet behind the refrigerator needs replacing. Again nice man on phone indicated he knew about that too. This tells me the owners know about these problems. 3. In the middle of the week I noticed that the washer only filled about 1/4 to capacity necessitating two pieces of laundry at a time! Really? 4. On a cold day hubby went to play golf. I thought I'd run the vacuum. Not a chance - the dirt in the bag was so old it had solidified! No extra bags either. 5. Too long tab draperies on a too slim rod that is poorly installed is begging to be ripped out of the ceiling. Learn to measure and invest in the proper hardware and installation! We will definitely use SHORELINE PROPERTIES again - but will exclude this particular unit. Owner you know who you are....I am pretty sure you know

We are long time visitors of Ocean City MD and have stayed with Shoreline properties/Shorepro a couple of times with good results. We have experienced excellent customer service whenever we have rented. Patti at Shorepro is awesome! I had made a reservation in September over this weekend before realizing that the dates would not work for me. I was able to cancel within 24 hours. I told Patti I realized that it was my mistake and am happy to pay the cancellation fee. Patti was so understanding and offered to look for other dates for us. We already have another reservation with Shoreline a little later in the fall so it's all good. It was so nice to deal with someone like Patti and I am truly looking forward to an excellent experience when we visit later this year.

This is our second time using Shoreline Properties and both times they provided great service. This time, we mistakenly locked ourselves out of the condo and didn't realize until 9:30 pm, well after the office was closed. Our call to the after-hours number was answered immediately, and within 15 minutes a new key was waiting for us to pick up. Everyone was so kind and understanding, and with two tired kids in tow, their quick response was so appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with Shoreline Properties! The staff was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Our condo was very clean with easy access to the beach. Overall, my family enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning!

We have stayed at the Caribbean House the past three summers and have always enjoyed our stay. Great location, lots of room, and a great back yard.

This is the company my family always uses to stay in Ocean City. They are always good to us and have reliable service. This year, Dave, the maintenance/repair person, was the best. Two of the beds had broken box springs and frames, and he diagnosed the issue over the phone. He came that night to make the beds usable and followed up the next day with new box springs and frames. We can’t thank him enough for saving our backs and our vacation!
